During the survey we will assess what services you require, discuss how we can assist you and whether you will be packing or require our professional packing service. We can then advise you of the most suitable personal moving plan for your needs. We will leave you a written specification of the services upon which we will base our quotation. Before the surveyor calls it can be helpful to think of any queries that you may have and we will be pleased to provide you with advice and guidance at any time about planning your move or any other queries you might have.

Office Relocations

Before your move, one of our experienced commercial estimators will carry out a full technical survey, discussing all your requirements and answering any initial queries which you may have. We will then provide a concise, competitive quotation and job schedule. Regular communication is vital to the success of any relocation, therefore we ensure that you have a single contact throughout the project. A senior representative will attend project planning meetings and liaise with you and your contractors. When moving offices, you will need to arrange for all small items, desk contents and files etc to be packed into purpose designed crates prior to transport. Our customers usually prefer to have crates in advance of the removal to pack and label their own paperwork etc.We will quote for and provide crates and containers for every need, including security seals and lidded crates. Our branches carry a range of labels, packing materials and cartons as well as specialist equipment including roll cages, trolleys and protective covers to ensure that the relocation is carried out to the highest standards. Computers and IT equipment will be protected by anti-static bubble-wrap and packed into special crates ready for moving by our staff or IT specialists.
